What is the Best Way Forward?

I used to wonder if there was always a better way of doing things. Without a doubt, there is. However, better is not always best.

Here’s why. Many analytical folks get stuck in the analysis-paralysis trap. So they refuse to take action. Or, they know there is a better way so they do not take the steps that are readily available.

Frequently the best way forward is the first step.
